Kraft Boxes According to Composition

Kraft Paper: Provides mechanical characteristics such as stiffness, resistance, moisture protection … It appears on the outer face of almost all boxes .

Papel Linner: Made with virgin fiber, it presents intermediate qualities suitable to almost all needs.

Biclase Paper: the material for faces that is most used with corrugated kraft. This paper, made up of two or more layers, is composed of recycled material in up to 80%. It is used more for the inside faces.

Fluting Paper: Usually used for interior faces.

2- Double Channel Kraft Boxes:

The grammage of the papers, as well as the height of the waves, determine their consistency (ECT) and, above all, their resistance to vertical compression (BCT). This parameter is the most important, since it indicates the weight that a box subject to a load can withstand by stacking.

2- Slotted Kraft Boxes

It basically consists of a piece with glued manufacturing seams, sewn or glued with tape and upper and lower flaps.
